Going through my Dad's collection has reminded me what books I had. Pulled down boxes I hadn't opened for many years and am enjoying it just as much if not more than when I started collecting. This one has a few blemished but looks pretty solid.

Your story is similar to mine. I collected when I was younger, but life put my on a decade long pause. Marriage,  house,  kids...

When my oldest son was 4 or 5 he got really interested in my collection. As I dug out books and told him the stories and about the artists and writers it reminded me how much I loved collecting and over the last 4 years him and I have been partners in this....

Although he has 0 financial discipline!  If he was in charge of the $$ we would own several AF15s and probably no house!
