8.5 / 9.0 - the only thing I see is some "dirt" on the white boarder of the back cover. I had this on the back of a Hulk 181 I submitted and a dry clean largly got rid of it.

Yeah, I think a cleaning will work with this book. I think it's a decent enough pressing candidate. And while I know it won't be super high grade, this is the rarer price variant and one that CGC actually states as such on the slab.
