On a different comic, I had a poly bag crease front and back cover (just like 7th pic- bottom), I didn't even see on a comic...sent it in, got a 8.0, I was crushed. The only way to ensure a 9.8 is through a press/prescreen. So, you can submit it through here: https://cfpcomics.com/product/submit-books/ From there you can pay for a press and ask for a 9.8 pre screen. They will then send it to CGC.
