I love Hulk 102 and don't see how it's only the fraction of Iron Man 1 and Cap 100 when it's arguably as popular of a character and basically the same amount of copies out there (I'm assuming?).

If I had to guess, its because Hulk had his own solo series 4 years earlier. Hulk collectors put their money into 1 - 6.

I think DC silver age keys are under appreciated these days.  I did not get as much money as I expected when I auctioned my Showcase #22 (1st Green Lantern) and Brave and the Bold #28 (1st Justice League) recently.
