ASM 252-Please spare a grade? 2 2

Hello everyone, and thank you for taking the time. Can someone please take a look at this ASM 252 I just got? Please try to help determine a grade? And also, does the top look trimmed to anyone? And how can I tell? It seems off.

The pictures aren't the greatest. Kind of dark with a glare. 

I don't see any major flaws or cases. Some minor issues at the corner so I think it's a 9.0+ based on what I can see. 

As for trimming, really hard to tell without the book in hand. I think (and stress think) the top edge was miscut during production.  Without having the book in hand its hard to tell.

Mis-cut from the printer is likely. Agree that photos are too dark to tell.

Nice copy that is likely at least 9.0
