Tales to Astonish (I challenged GROOT)

I am a newbie to grading comics.  Previously I had CGC grade two comics from a  box of 1960's comics.  In looking further thru these comics I found this Tales to Astonish #13 (I challenged GROOT).  This looks to by far potentially the most valuable comic in my collection.  I need an opinion on what level this comic would grade.  It is most likely going to be submitted to CGC once I join.  Both staples have stresses and some breaking, See pictures in follow-up notes.  The cover has nice gloss, and the pages are off-white to cream.  I would think this would grade at least Fine.  Thanks for any help!

Thanks for the feedback.  Here are a couple of pictures of the staples/spine.  Could anyone give me more detail on why 6.0/6.5.  I think I know, but I am trying to learn so I can grade the rest of my comics correctly!  Thanks to all

I was going to say 6.0 - 6.5, but after I saw these staple pictures, I feel that 5.5 is more appropriate.
