Visible microfiber paper and broken cgc post. 0

Hey all,

I picked up a CGC 1.0 copy of ASM 1 and have a few concerns regarding the book. My first concern is that the book has a broken post at one of the bottom corners. Another concern is the visible microfiber paper  in multiple areas of the book. Per the cgc directory the book was originally slabbed in 2005. Is visible microfiber paper an issue? The book appears to be 100% authentic, but I'm a little worried it will come back a 0.5 even if I only submit for reslab. My options are to get a full refund or have the book reslabbed.
