It looks great in the slab. Very high presentation and the moderate defects in the stain and tear are confined to the back cover. 7.0/7.5 VF but it's actual grade is not far off.

Not to dump on anyone or their book, but…

I would have had a hard time calling this an 8.0 without the moisture issue on the back cover. 
 

The tear may be a production issue and IMO was given a pass. 
 

It does present very well in the slab.
