Aliens #1 with a tear :( 1 1

My copy of Aliens #1 which I purchased when it came out has a tear right above the "L" in "Aliens".  This is the only flaw and it's huge.

The book has white pages and could use a press. The tear is literally tearing me up! Ha ha.

I want to have this graded for my pc.  Will this get a "Green" Label?

Thoughts?

In my opinion, it will probs drop the grade a good bit, assuming it is starting at a 9.8, it could drop down to an 8-8.5, maybe 9.0

Why would this get a Qualified label?

I can't give you an estimate based on just 1 image.

No Qualified Label due to tear

Need at least a pic of the back cover for guesstimate accuracy

In general, imo, a tear like that keeps a book at a ceiling of 7.0

Highest I have seen is 6.5
