Please grade my Strange Academy #1 Campbell Virgin 3 3

Can you please give me your opinion on the grade of my Strange Academy #1.

It seems NM+, but the spine si not good.

9.6 at most.  Those corners are going to be the problem...

I only know because I purchased 5 when they went on sale and only 4 were sent to CGC.  The other one looked similar to yours.  The other 4 graded 9.8 too.  Those books are hard to find now without paying a premium.  Good luck.
