I sent in a book for the October signing event. I got an email saying they received it, but I have heard nothing since. This is my first time so maybe I'm jumping the gun but I'm getting nervous. How long does this normally take to get back to you?

How fast it comics back to you depends on a myriad of things.  If the event was in October, I don't think i'd be worried at this point.  BUT they have customer service employees who you can talk to about your specific situation.  If you're nervous (nothing wrong with that), just contact them.
