Thoughts on impact on ink transfer grade 0

Morning All

I have a couple Thor 337 I am thinking about getting graded. Can I get some thoughts on how the ink transfer on some pages will impact grade ? Anyone have any thoughts as to what may have caused that to happen ?

It’s likely the ink transfer occurred during printing.  Generally CGC will ignore minor defects that occur during the printing process.
