Hey there!

I think the issue is that the form is recognizing the future date. We are working on a fix for this currently.

For the time being, the best option is to cross out the other tier and write "Modern" on your packing slip, and we can adjust it when it is receieved.

I actually was just able to submit via modern. Thanks
