If I am sending in a bulk order of 50 cards at the $8 dollar price and one or two cards get bumped up because the value is higher than declared would that cancel the bulk deal for the rest of the 48 or 49 cards and have to pay $15 per card?

No, only the bumped cards will be charged more, but they will stay on the same submission. It will delay your invoice though.

I would like to track each individual card in my bulk order (so I can track which vendors are giving me better condition cards).  I might have some duplicates, so when the cards come back to me is there something that will indicate which card is #1 on the order form and which is #50?

Delay the invoice, like delay the charge? Or delay the shipment of cards? And if so, how many business days?
