Hello, yes it is normal. We are running a little behind on mail currently. But we actually have a post office in our headquarters so your submission is delivered to us and awaiting our receiving team. Hope this helps.

My recent experience: Modern books delivered 01/12/21 received in CGC's system 01/25/21.  Book for in house signing delivered 01/22/21 received in CGC's system 01/25/21.
