7.5 as is. Pressing won't mitigate the color-breaking spine stresses, but it will remedy the upturn near the spine that was incurred due to cramped storage, probably crate stored, 2 stacks in a crate that was "almost" wide enough to accommodate two stacks side by side.  8.0 may be possible if the graders take the light dust shadow with a grain of salt.
