Looks fairly solid to me.  I will be the first to put myself out there and say about an 8.  It has rounded corners, but not sever.  A few spine ticks. The back is fairly dirty, but front cover present nice.  Seems to be several small wrinkles and possible small tears along  the upper back cover, and one good crease.  It is a decent pressing candidate, and could bump higher.
