Can this book be encapsulated asking before I send it. 0

Hi, I have this book that has significant edge wear on the bottom cover with slight overhang from being bent under the pages. I wasn’t sure if this would be rejected for encapsulation because of this. I added some pics below to show the edgewear.

Thanks for your message.  We'd have to see the book in person to get a better idea of the condition.  It could possibly be rejected if we felt that encapsulation might cause any further damage or if pieces might break off during the process.
