Sealed card for grading 0

Hi,

I'm in the process of sending off a sealed Pokémon card that's still in the original cellophane (1st edition shadowless machamp). Will CGC do the courtesy of removing the card from the package or is that responsibility on me? This card is part of my very first submission. Any insight is greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Darn I submitted some sealed but in their plastic but I put them in a rigid holder
