Don't know why nobody's responding, but I went Fine/Very Fine on this one. Even though it's got a crease that "kinda" breaks color, a little dirt on the cover it is a Golden Age comic. (At least I think it is) So, I've got to go a bit easy on the grade.

CGCCGC grade is 6.5 on this one!

Well, I averaged the totals, and it came to 6.34, which is around Fine +. CGC graded this already, and it's a Fine - 5.5

 

I thought it was atleast a fine...! Wonder why it isn't....

W/o that fold it's a F+ imo. I actually graded the book to Fine, but I can see why CGC would call it F-
