Nice copy. I do notice that your copy, like mine posted earlier, have wonky staple  placement, resulting in the crease between the staples. Seems like they might have had issues getting the staple through the spine on quite a few of these.

Actually, both of us have stopped giving anniversary gifts quite some time ago. Going to the restaurant that we went to on our wedding night is our annual anniversary ritual.  

Not sure what’s more impressive - 40 years of marriage or that restaurant still being open.

I remember getting this from a tall, eccentric, messy-haired dealer at a con in the '90s, along with a #8 and #11 for a total of $100. Ah the old days.

Always loved the ASM #9 cover. Don't have one though.....I do have a DD#2 though for some electro love...[that doesn't sound too good]

A friend of mine likes the cover to #11 better than #3.  I disagree, but it is a great cover.

Im with you, I think 3 is a fantastic cover with Doc Ock in the shadows and the reveal inside the book.  11 is a cool cover with great colors but I love 3 so much more.
