Funny, I happen to see the next 2 pages which does feature swampy for the first time, way back in the mid 80's at a con. Bernie still owned them but had them up for sale at a mere $200 each.... back then that could have felt like $2000 with the amount of money I had..

That's painful to hear. I bet he actually still owned the whole Swampy story at that point, because it was sold in its entirety on Heritage for over $30K a few years back.

Back when I was Bernie's agent, he had given me that story complete. I sold it to Jim Damico. I forgot how much though. He must have given it to Heritage.
