Yes, but the Weird Wonder Tales is still a bargain. $105 for that book is a theft. Well done. Pays to pay attention.

Thanks.  I was surprised only one other person seriously bid on it, and was ready to bid significantly higher than I had to.

I pick this up last week and love it!  I'm a little surprised that there isn't much interest in these...

A few lower grade CGC 30 cent price variants.  Happy to have these in the registry.

Again, please excuse the lack of a scanner.  Paul~

I'm not sure if this belongs here but I was cleaning off some shelves and came across this and I would appreciate any insights.... I would think a sealed Whitman pre-pack of #'s 186-88 is some kind of a variant along with its $.35 pricing. Thoughts?

I love those three packs.  We discuss all the time whether they are direct market, or whitmans, but they are not price variants.

Don't open it. The coolness factor is the sealed pack. Once you open them into the wild, they're kind of meh.

So, did anyone ever dig up that 25 cent test variant of ASM #129...?

I'm sure you could find a sticker "variant"...

I vaguely remember an image floating around, and Joe Collector somehow being involved in the discussion, but not any details of the story. Can you fill us in?

It's an old board joke, The book doesn't exist.
