Somebody must be reporting some of the listings resulting in Ebay flagging them. I've had no problems but Shawn and Justin got notices from Ebay.

If it's not a registered charity and they said something about the funds going to charity...AND someone reported them....that might be it.

 

Not a very nice thing to do, but it might be a competing charity, or just a fruitcake.
