Very funny, but my god, that first panel Batman - arms don't work like that.

 

lol No kidding, he looks like he has some sort of deformity there

 

This cover takes the prize for arms that are anatomically impossible (the bones don't work this way, and the right and left skeletons are crossed the same way, not opposite).
