Whats the Ruling on Qualified grades.  Ie is a Q-7.5 the same as a 7.5?

I believe that only CGC universal books (i.e. Blue label) are ever used in this contest.

So confused with using both the new boards and the old boards with this tournament that I missed the round. No idea what was going on after the seeding round. Impossible to find the threads as each time it seems a new one was created. Sorry to have a moan but it was not clear to me at all.

I've used restored books in this Tournament.  I'll disclose the restoration if it has something to do with the grade.
