Action Comics #78, CGC 6.0 from 1944

1 book for sale today.

The book is CGC'd, and will be shipped double boxed, priority mail. I pay for private insurance, so it's included. It will be shipped signature required.

Shipping is free in the US, out of the US, please pm for the price before taking the book (unless you don't care;) because  it's getting more and more expensive. I'll charge what it costs me less what it would have cost me here.

Payment by PP or personal check. 

Time payments are possible, but I require a 20% non refundable down payment, that has to be paid in 7 days.

Returns for any reason within 7 days, but you must ship the book back, the same way I sent it and since it's professionally graded, you would have to pay the shipping costs.

No listers please...well, mailing lists are OK;) but no "bad" lists.

Action Comics #78, from 1944. The book is graded 6.0 and has not been pressed nor cleaned. I sent it in this past March, so it has the newer case. 

There is a little dirt on the back cover, don't know if the grade could be improved or not.

It's just a nice book. 

There have only been 2 sales on eBay in 12 years. 1 was for $500 and one was for $300. I see a few on eBay, but they seem to be asking $499 or more. I always try to figure a "fair" price, so...

The bin here is $375 shipped. 

The first take it here or by PM wins. I go by time stamp.
