Still making the '91 cut a new arrival!  I've still got a major one on the way, so this will have to do for now.  I've had this one on the radar forever and finally found one at the right time.  I know he was in #1 & 3 but this #2 will do for now:

Thanks man!  Here's a little more progression for ya!

First off, an important one in the Hobgoblin saga (as I'm calling it).  Even though he's not on the cover, it's where Macendale makes a deal  with N'Astrah and we all know what that eventually leads to.    This one was a decent price so I added it on to my main purchase, but first - Spectacular Spider-Man #147!

Ok, this was the main pickup! 

The funny thing is, I didn't mean to win it - but I'm glad I did!  I threw in a bid and went to play darts.  I came home and after I won both matches I found out that I won this one too!  It's a great centered copy, with the MCG bar at the top having room and the CCA stamp having plenty of room.  I can see the JR / JR sigs on the left.  It's a tad wrapped at the top, but I can still make out the MCG sig a bit so that's ok.  It may not actually look this bright, but MAN it's pretty shiny!  Ladies and gents, my new Amazing Spider-Man 9.8 WP!!!

Slight edit / addendum...   updated scans of PPSSM #147.  I'm putting up a new post because I wanted to highlight something.  I didn't even realize that it's one of those QES books.  I never owned one before.  I don't think I'd pay extra to get one or anything, and I'm not a fan of the stickers on the back of the slab, but the notes on the back label are kinda cool so I'm putting up the back scan.  I'd never seen or noticed one before.

There only 1 more I don't have, so no worries.  Sure some were rough, but I actuality think his style worked for the demons on this one. Actually, the one I'm missing is very dark, so is not as jarring.

Here's the latest in the Hobgoblin run!  Hopefully @jjonahjameson11 - you approve of Mike Zeck!  Seriously, how does he sneak around NYC with this shoulder cannon?!?  Both Jack O'Lantern and Hobgoblin are in this one, so it was on my list.  I still need #286 (last Hobby cover needed below #300) and #287 to finish off the Gang War story.  

As not to double post the #288 is in the recent pickups thread, where I'll be adding another in a minute....

I thought I had posted this one, but I guess not!  I'm still shopping around for a #287, and the #281 is proving a tad difficult (I'm sure 12 copies will pop up at once at some point though) but here's the last Hobgoblin cover I needed below #300!  Not the best cover, but Spidey hitching a ride on Hobby's back is pretty cool!  Nice squared up copy too.
