Guardian Comics is proud to offer one of only five on the census, a CGC 9.9 Mint copy of Spider-Man #1 UPC code/Walmart edition.  

I will ship anywhere in the world for free on this the one.  PayPal or method of preference works for me.

There is no GPA data as it appears this is the first publically available copy ever.  The asking price is $5,000 but as always we will listen to each and every offer.

I know the picture isn't perfect and I will try to get scans up in the morning.

I remember when I first saw the Gold cover. I thought it was the coolest thing. When I had learned of the UPC, I really wanted one. This would be just a "little" out of my league right now.  If it was a couple years back, I might have gone batty and would have had to make a run for it. Someone will be smiling when they get this gem.
