Heading to Lake George , NY this weekend for some R&R with the family. Any local comic shops worth visiting in the area?

Have been going to Lake George since the 80's and have never seen a comic store. When I lived in the area, I would stop in on Excellent Adventures Comics in Ballston Spa.

Those are the places, plus I would add Cooper's Cave, Rte 9, Glens Falls. All 3 will be south of you from Lake George. Cooper's is between exits 17N and 17S on route 9, off 87. Comic Depot, take exit 15 and head into Saratoga. It's on a corner at the top of Broadway on the left, opposite Stewart's gas/convenience. When you leave, continue south on Broadway and look for the intersection with Route 50. Turn right on 50 and go 5 miles to the village of Ballston Spa; Excellent Adventures on the left.

All 3 are great shops that I transact with; Depot is the biggest physically, with lots of sale boxes up front; Excellent Adventures probably has the most back issues with lots of affordable GA (any keys and big books in the showcases by the desk); Cooper's has lots of SA run books on a wall rack, plus several dollar boxes. All are friendly and negotiable.
