What's frustrating about this list is that virtually all of the high-movers, sans FF1, FF5, and X-Men 1, either held steady or decreased in value on the open market. Showcase 4 and 22 have dipped lately, and certainly Action Comics 242 and 252.

Dipped in low grade? mostly steady or climbing in high grade.

Valid. I guess I wasn't thinking strictly high grade, though that's clearly what's been looked at. Mid-grade books tell a very different story granted.

Same hold true for low and mid-grade, they've been rising whether slabbed or raw.

Was so close to dropping mine in my quest for a lower grade JIM83 but so happy I didn’t. I just love this cover!
