Amazing Fantasy 15??? 0

So this AF 15 comes up on eBay for sale, sales for $8,700 on 6 Aug.  Then, looks like same book, comes back on 29 Aug with BIN or Best Offer $13,000.  Sells for $5,000.  Take a look at the book, but it looks very much the same.  So, either the buyer had buyers remorse after purchasing it and took a $3,700 loss, or theres something fishy here lucy.  

I also love the title.  First one, Amazing Fantasy 15.  Second time listed "Introducing Spiderman Comic 12c comic old"

And yet on the main page of the eBay listing, it gives the misleading impression that the book sold for $13K.

I wonder which sale result GPA will pick up, the $8,700 figure or the $13K posted result?

Even if the auction was for a CGC slabbed book, I wondered which final number it would pick up?
