I have a lot of pictures for most of these, and they take some time to load, so please forgive me if I'm slow.  I will be listing 18 books tonight.

Tales of Suspense.

 

I've had these for years. They belonged to a friend's father. I don't think he bought them all new, because he did go to Cons in NYC, and some have different stamps or markings, but some were certainly OO you can see the difference in the later issues. They are much higher grade.

I do know that he had no idea what pressing books meant, and you can tell they were not pressed.

#41 1963.

The 3^rd Iron Man. Some eBay sellers are advertising this as the first Dr Strange . There is a Dr Strange, but he's not our beloved Dr Strange. This one is a bad guy.

 

The book is solid, with nice light pages and nice color. There is creasing on the front, quite a bit also the bottom centerfold staple is now detached (I just did that with the pictures). Grade is Good/VG (3.0) OSG is $200, bin is $165

 The #43 has a Kirby Signature on the first page. This book belonged to my friend's father. He had a picture of Kirby signing it, but I never thought to ask for a copy at the time I bought it. In any case, it looks like the correct signature, but I was not standing there with him, and of course you will not be able to have it in a CGC Signature Holder, so please buy it understanding that. However, don't feel bad, none of the Kirby signatures should be in yellow slabs since he passed away before CGC began.

 

If it helps, I have when required, verified signatures under oath in court as part of the job I held in my past life. I was considered a signature expert by NYS. Not that it means much, but I've probably had more training than the average person , they never once laughed when I had to testify and I think the odds are very good that it's genuine.

The only thing I can compare it to, however, are the scans of signatures in past threads where others have said they were verified and it compares well on all the key points.

There is also a signature on the front cover, I have no clue about that one (but my friend's father's name was John;)

 

There is a very small tear at the bottom of the spine, creasing, some small tears at the edges. Pages are very supple, OW/Cr. It might be a drop better, but I feel very safe saying it's a Good+ (2.5)

Forget the guide, you are paying for the signature, and these are hard to find. I can't find any recent pricing comps at all, so if I'm way off on asking price (and you have a better rationale) you can of course PM me. My asking price is $275

Iron Man meets Cleopatra!

Nice color and decent gloss, some rippling in the center front cover (probably something spilled on it) a rounded tear (through the 2 S's)and lots of creasing. Cover is split about 1” top and bottom at the spine. 1” tear on the back cover. Grade is Good -(1.8) . OSG in Gd is $86, bin is $50

 

I can't seem to find the other inside pictures, but you can see the page quality here. I'll post the others when they show up.

45, The 1^st appearance of Pepper Potts and Happy Hogan. If you have not read the story, it will be a treat for you. Happy is not the same guy you saw in the movies;) Also the 1^st Jack Frost.

Nice color, gloss, creasing, date stamp. Grade is Gd/VG (3.0) is $129, Bin is $115

#48 First new armor (New look)

Mr Doll! (should be Mr Voodoo Doll;)

Nice color, gloss, some light creasing. There is a small stain lower right that is on the cover only, a 1/2” split at the top of the cover, and a few small holes. Light creasing.
Slight overhang at the top, stain at the bottom. Grade is Gd/VG (3.0) maybe a drop better. OSG is $99, Bin is $75.

#58 1^st Captain America in Title, 2^nd Kraven.  Sold to FastEddie

Nice color, pages, and gloss. There is some overall light creasing. I think it's still a VG- (3.5), but probably would be better if pressed (that's why the scan looks better). OSG in VG is $106, bin is $75

I could do my nails while I wait for the scans to load;) Or read a book;)

#59 1^st Jarvis (an no, he was not a robot;) Avengers appearance, Black Knight , 1^st Solo Cap story in title.

Same as the book above, nice color, pages, gloss, just overall light creasing. I'm going to go with VG as it is now. OSG in VG is $84 bin is $75

#61 The Mandarin!

A few bug chews on the open right edge of the cover, slight overhang, otherwise nice and flat. Grade is Fine (with the chews noted) 6.0 OSG is $45 bin is $30

#64, Return of Hawkeye (his 3^rd appearance) and the Black Widow, Happy asks Pepper the question, Agent 13 (Sharon Carter) appears in the retro Cap story. I know Overstreet says her first appearance was in TOS 75, but check this page out.

 

Nice copy, small chip or bug chew at the top edge, dust shadow on the back edge. Grade should still be Fine (6.0) or a little better. OSG in Fine is $45, bin is $40  Sold to FastEddie

Great color and gloss, a small overhang at the top, there is also a small tape pull over the S in Tales. Grade is Fine- (5.5) or a little better, I was on the fence. OSG in Fine  is $ 78  Bin is $55

Nice copy with great color and gloss. There are some tiny spine lines (not many) and a slight overhang top, tiny bit of dirt on back. Grade is Fine  + (6.5) OSG is $84 Bin is $55
