House of Mystery #2 (Mile High), (CGC 9.0 with white pages, old blue label) $2650. $2500:

Mile High copy of House of Mystery #2. Issue date March 1952. Excellent cover and artwork by the iconic Curt Swan. Curt is best known for his artwork on Silver Age Superman. His comic career lasted over 30 years.  His artwork is contained in most of the first 30 issues of House of Mystery. Issue #2 is one of only 5 covers he did for House of Mystery. Other artists include Jim Mooney, Sy Barry and George Klein. There is a 1 ½ inch scratch on the back bottom center of the case. Not completely unexpected for an 18 year-old case. Another red dress cover.
