Amazing Spiderman 101 0

I'm debating on whether I should send this in for grading and if I could potentially get it to a 6.0-6.5 with a clean/press.  A decent sized cbc on the upper right hand corner and upper left corner.  A few spine ticks and faint lines running through front cover (maybe can be pressed out).  I've tried to include as many pictures as possible to help the evaluation of potential grade.  I appreciate any and all opinions.  Thanks in advance!

A solid mid grade copy. I'm thinking a 5.5. I'm not sure how much of a price bump it is from a 5.5 to a 6.0 - 6.5...

I was thinking in the 5.0 - 5.5 range as well.

decent key but not sure if a clean and press will boost it up to "fine" condition....
