Acquired in a large (10,000+ book) collection a while back. With the recent run this issue has had, I figure it may be time to turn loose with it, but thought I would do a PGM here before sending it to CGC.

Hopefully all the file sizes work out. If not, I apologize in advance. First time doing one of these.

Centerfold and cover solidly attached. Nothing missing from interior. The rest pretty much speaks for itself.

I'll go with 1.0, its rough for sure but its all there.  Probably worth pressing to make it more presentable and better looking in a slab if your intent is to sell it.  Not sure that'd help the grade, but that would probably help to sell it (also not sure if anyone could press this book without further damaging it, not really an expert on that).
