This year we had a full hotel but less than thirty people used the CalComicCon group rate.

If you travel from out of the area, I encourage to stay at the Ayers and get the CalComicCon group rate.

CalComicCon group rate link:

California Comic Convention has a special arrangement in place with Ayers -Suites,

Yorba Linda, CA Call the hotel at 714-921-8688 and ask for the CalComicCon group rate.

The rate is $102 for a four star hotel with full breakfast. up till 20 January 2019 rooms are

available on availability.

The Hotel is sold out for the 26th.

The Group is not sold out though, there are still 13 rooms available in the Cal Comic Con Group Block.  We originally did 30 rooms, but I added 7 additional rooms to your block when I saw that the Hotel was going to sell out.

The Front Desk may not be able to book it, however, they are supposed to forward any Group Room inquiries to me should they not be able to book it themselves.  I will speak with them to ensure they do this for your Group.  They may also ask for me personally to book their rooms.

Warm Regards,

Hi, the wife and I are arriving on Friday afternoon. I'm wondering if any locals can advise on things to do in the area that aren't going to Knott's Berry Farm or walking on the beach?

Does any board member look at the CalComicCon web-site?

Location: The 2019 California Comic Convention will be located at the Yorba Linda

This is just miles from Disneyland  ,  Knott's Berry Farm Angel Stadium , Honda Center , Newport Beach,

You may purchase advance tickets by following the link on this page.
Lodging is available at many locations within short distance.

not to mention several great microbreweries and great restaurants.

I really enjoyed visiting the Nixon Presidential Museum.  The displays were very informative, objective, and very educational.  You can actually walk through his home of his birthplace and tour Army One, the helicopter used by Nixon after his resignation.
