Please grade my SPEED COMICS 42 0

Last one for today. Speed Comics 42. The tears near the top staple includes that small triangular chip that is barely attached but the staple is still affixed and there are no spine splits. Despite the damage in my GA acquisitions the colors are awesome! I think that I could use some Back to Life Plasma myself.

 

Any guesses? My noob grading skills are at 3.0 but I am only guessing really.
