Sounds familiar but if it was a thing it was years and years ago. The 4 months that you can spend your earned bucks are usually pretty slim for giving out rewards. Also with everyone home people dont need motivation to shop online.

I honestly do not remember.  I am wondering since more people are online shopping for necessities or just bored from shelter at home, if Ebay doesn't feel the need to throw out deals.  I saw this story headline on a tech site - "eBay Q1 reports sales of $2.374B, active buyers up to 174M in wake of COVID-19."  Revenues are down by 2% compared to a year ago but a snippet from the article...

"As expected, the company — like other e-commerce giants — has seen a boost in buyer demand from the throngs of consumers who are currently being ordered to stay at home, but who still need to buy things, and specifically try to source items that they’re finding a challenge to find in more local stores. eBay noted that active buyers are up by 2% and now total 174 million global active buyers."

I thought so too but when I looked at a comic BIN or an auction closing within the effective time frame, it shows the Ebay Bucks additional savings
