Roz Kirby Sketchbook Pages at Auction 1 1

Two pages from the legendary Roz Sketchbook (published as The Heroes and Villains book in the 80s) have shown up on eBay today. I'm especially interested as I bought a modest Shiloh Norman piece from the same book late last year (will put a pic below). Do these come up often?

Scott Eder has these. He has had The Fixer for a while now and I saw them both at the NY Comic Art Expo last month. I was close on getting The Fixer last year and then my basement flooded and I quit my job! Almost picked it up again at the Expo but I spent my ready cash with Mignola instead.
