Cover is detached, and single staple is loose and looks like it barely went through many wraps. As a result most of the wraps are detached from one another, but the book is complete. The black spotting on the first page ( see scan) is also visible on inside covers and back page in similar pattern. It has been wiped  with hydrogen peroxide solution.
