well you don't pay extra but bids tend to be higher on those CVA sticker slabs I say bid accordingly ignoring the CVA label as its just a sticker that Comiclink puts on there to say the book looks really pretty...

the CVA website lists the cheapest price to have a book looked at and then if approved CVA is $10.00.  Comiclink doesn't add these themselves.
