Grading is subjective? Are you kidding me? The freakin' book is missing the very first interior leaf! That is especially sloppy and unforgiveable for a dealer like that. I would expect much better. Reminds me of a typical Ebay listing. "We are not professional graders", grade the book yourself by the cover photos provided and the kicker... We do not accept returns. I buy VERY little there any more. CGC only from now on. I concur my last fiction house Jumbo Comics 123 raw graded 9.0 metropolis had heavy tanning and a rip. They have great comics but crappy grading. I will only by CGC from them in the future as well. yes, never again will I buy raw books from them. grading is terrible.
