CGC NG yet a 10.0 0

Just saw this listing and it made me laugh...

In the title he says it is a 9.8.  In the description he says it is a 10.0.  CGC says it is a NG. 

Two things you can take away from this:

1.  CGC is obviously wrong

2.  We can just average out the 2 grades he claims and VOILA!  A 9.9

It's the right thing to do.  I think?

I'm going to start advertising like that. Every book will be a 10.0 if you ignore it's defects lol.
