FC: Great gloss, light stress on top staple, less on bottom staple.1/3/4 inch crease lower right corner BC: Lower right darker area is a shadow/artifact from photo not a stain. It just looks too good, many NM attributes, but the staple/spine stress and the cb corner crease will keep it out of the 8.0 range IMO.
