my apologies, I thought I included a description...sorry about that!

Yes, it is Tuftan from Kamandi...the story is that I was taking my family to a Broadway show the same day as MOCCA last year and I double parked them and ran in to see Bill and see what he had for sale. I settled on this and a Hulk and ran back out to the car.
