If you are going there anyway that is probably the best. And really, who wouldn't want to do that.

cstojano
https://www.ebay.com/itm/Eerie-5-CGC-7-0-2x-SS-Al-Williamson-amp-Angelo-Torres-1966-Frank-Frazetta-Cover-/124504660017?&_trksid=p2056016.m2516.l5255 This made me think of the Frazetta SS series that are so heavily discussed here. I have to admit I didn't know CCG SS did interior signings, in part, because this is a real weird item considering you cannot see the sigs! There are actually 4 books like this. https://www.ebay.com/str/Long-Box-Diver?_bkw=frazetta+ss It just seems wacky to me to have interior sigs when you will never see them in the slab. Keeps the covers clean, I suppose. I totally get it but slabbing it then is just a weird bizarro world of "what am I buying here" You can never see the yellow label and sig at the same time (and the label still being valid). Interiors are where sigs are supposed to be - otherwise it just color-touch. Randall Dowling and OtherEric

Popular Post wombat
Frank's birthday today. I nice tribute from Lori she posted on Facebook. In Remembrance Most people know Frank Frazetta as the artist. Being in the family for over 40 years, I knew Frank as simply "Dad" & "Grandpa". The genius artist he was did not define him. I never really knew Frank, the artist! He was 1st a husband, father & grandfather. As soon as I would walk into his studio with the kids, he would immediately get down on the floor and roll around with the grandkids no matter the masterpiece he would be working on. I would often say to Frank Jr, "Your dad lives life the way we all should." He wasn't materialistic nor did care about material things. He was a very humble man with a kind soul. What was important to him was his children and grandchildren. Gatherings on holidays with an abundance of good Italian food and all the noise that came with it! He loved his PA estate with the beauty of the land, lake and all the animals that resided on his 67 acre wooded estate. He would walk across the field to our house, camera around his neck hoping to get the perfect picture! He appreciated all of you who followed and supported his art! He knew without all of you, he would not have been the icon he became! So on this day, which would have been his 93rd birthday, I wanted to say, "Happy Birthday Dad/Grandpa/Frank Frazetta" and "thank you" to you all for your continued support in Frank's legacy! It is said, "You never truly die until the last person who says your name!" Frank lives on because of all of you and the memories shared by his family! Popular Post Randall Dowling
Although different, it reminds me of this piece of original art (one that I was very lucky to grab). It's by Frank Cirocco and a couple others (I forget the inker and the colorist) but it's a full color piece. Edit: Here's the original art by Frazetta Edited April 1, 2021 by Randall Dowling Added original art by Frazetta The Lions Den, Jayman, oakman29 and 2 others 4
