Those, and that very obvious spine crease put it at an 8.5 for me...along with what I think are ink rubs/stains in spots around the white border. A press might clean it up a bit, but it won't help those issues. A 9.0 is possible. If you've already sent it in...good luck. If not, it's a toss up...IMO. Agreed I've had books with a quarter inch tear but otherwise pristine come back at 9.0/9.2. This book has an outside chance at 9.0 with press and clean.
