Spoiler HERE'S THE BOOK: Hulk 181 - 8.0 OW/W. ComicLink just had a sale of an 8.0 OW/W on 3/1/21 for $6600. Last GPA sale was last week at $6500 with a $7000 sale on Feb 14th. I PREFER to work this into a trade involving a low-grade Hulk 1 or Fantastic Four 1. If selling outright, I'm pricing it strong at $6800, since it looks a lot nicer than the 8.0 that sold on CL, and the price isn't slowing down. I also have two 7.0's...one is green label and one is purple, and I will probably move one of those soon. It's another situation where I'm selling one and keeping the other...I don't care which one goes, they both have their positives and negatives. GPA is hilariously behind on these two due to lack of data points. (In short, when 3.5 green labels are selling for $2000+, I don't find a $1600 offer reasonable for a 7.0 because it was the "last sale price"). Anyhow, $3500 for either one if paid in a non-fee way.
