Strange Tales annual #2 is the first early Spidey crossover I ever had. Not this exact copy, but this one has a lil something different

i don't think any comic is labeled "first spidey x-over," but i do believe this book to BE the first one.

GCD says s.t. ann. 2 on sale 6/11/63, and ff ann. 1 on sale 7/2/63.  if that's any help.

It's been long recognized as the 1st Spidey crossover and WHAT a crossover it is!!!!

It's not acknowledged on the label as "color touch" or anything …. I think it has character

Why is #28 heating up? I know that it was rumoured that Molten Man was going to appear in the next film, but this was never confirmed. Or am I wrong?

I was watching this on CC and it went for $1600...

Wow, that is a really strong result!  I'd never even heard the movie rumors but it's always been a very cool black Spidey cover!

I heard a rumor that a certain wife knew her husband wanted this book and decided to purchase it for his Christmas present. She might have overpaid a bit, but this is a really nice copy.
